Materials Methods: Clinical data images of 389 consecutive patients, who applied outpatient clinic with COVID-19 pre-diagnosis complaints, 203 control underwent thoracic computed tomography (CT) for an unrelated reason diagnosed as normal were included in study. Bilateral sternocleidomastoid trapezius muscle CT density blood creatine kinase (CK) levels all participants obtained. Results: In significant decrease observed when compared radiological grade; however, increase identified. CK values, there density. Conclusion: Although cause or effect controversial, respiratory muscles affected due forced breathing damages determined. This study demonstrated need multicenter studies detailed neurological electrophysiological tests pathological correlations adequate number patients.
